It's 'draggin' jeans, not dragon.

I've used hood jeans for years now. Well made and last well.

Thats an awkward one really, you never know how good they are til you need them!!!
I've draggin Jeans and they seem good, Kevlar liner interwoven in all the right places.
A chap on here's son came off a week or so ago wearing Drag Jeans, he said the Paramedics were impressed with the performance of them.
There's alos some Youtube clips showing a Stunt Man being dragged on his arse behind a bike, got up and walked away with no injuries.....

Not the best quality footage....

I've used Draggin for the last 4 years when the weathers warm and the sky is blue.

Dead comfy, no issues with flexibility or use, but as they are reinforced with Kevlar (in all the right area mind) it still gets pretty warm mind.

When all's said and done, if you were to ask me if I would buy them again my answer would still be yep

ive got draggin jeans and bmw city trousers the draggin jeans are still quite hot in summer so i tend to wear the bmw city trousers some dealers are doing them quite cheap at the moment i payed £99.00 not the £145.00 ticket price

I wear draggin jeans occasionally in the summer, I have the oilskinz - they are supposed to be shower proof as well but I have only ever tested them in torrential rain :blast

They are warm as others have pointed out. My wife wears draggin jeans all the time on the back of the bike and rates them as well :thumb Onyerbike were as good a price as any when she got hers.

I have a pair of Red Route. Good stuff, slow speed off (30ish) with no damage. Kevlar lined in right places, and the pockets take HG's soft flexible protection - Hiprotec - which makes them soft and comfy. Still substantial but lots cooler in summer than leathers. All in All :thumb2

It was my son that slid down the road at about 40mph (he said he was doing 30mph:augie) in his Draggin jeans. The denim was just worn through but the kevlar underneath protected him well. Judging by the scrapes on his helmet and leather jacket he obviously slid a fair distance. He only had a tiny friction burn on his knee which healed in a day or so.

Based on his experience I would definitely recommend them. They are quick and easy to put on and can be worn at your destination so more likely to be used regularly than more extreme bike trousers. He was only doing a shift at Asda but still had the sense to quickly change from his work trousers into his Draggin jeans. Yes, paramedics and doctors both commented that jeans had done a very good job and prevented more serious injury.

E- Sqad from France Are THE Jeans Look Cool and good protection Not cheap but I'm worth it:augie Use them in India/Himalayas and have been comfortable and held up well:thumb

Went to a clay pidgeon shoot last week.

The host recounted a number of amusing tales including the visits by stag do's. Apparantly it's tradition at the end of the shoot to relieve the stag of his trousers, mount them on a target and the team get a shot each

A bit of advice for stags - wear kevlar :thumb

Been looking into these aswell, most seem to be made in Oz so asked the question on another site where there are a few Aussie members. The general feedback is Draggin have the quality/protection thing sorted and the others Hornee/the ones made @ Philip Island (not ! pakistan actually)/Starso etc are 2nd best.
I have Joe Rocket steel re-inforced and Red Route with knee armour but will bite the bullet and get some Draggin threws with knee armour hopefully

Hood Jeans are excellent quality. They look /feel well constructed and protective, with plenty of aramid liner in all the right places. British to boot!
