I’ve just bought some wire wheels to use on my ‘07 GS. I want to have these fitted with some off/on road tyres as an alternative to the alloys and road tyres that are on the bike at the moment. The wheels are ‘05 manufacture but don’t have any brake discs or the ABS ring fitted.
So the question is, whether to move the discs and ABS ring from front wheel to front wheel each time I change the wheels over or to buy an extra set of discs and ABS ring to go on the wire wheels. Any thoughts out there, and If I go for the extra discs which size discs do I need? I was looking at the Grimeca on the Motobins site but wasn’t sure.
