Hi,

Think I might get a GPS for the spring.

Is the Garmin Quest my best bet ?

I can see an argument with the Mrs as I believe the quest does not do postcodes and tom-tom etc does.

any advice would be great.

Malky,

The Quest 2 does do full postcode searching, can use speed camera database info with proximity warnings, comes with the whole of europe in internal memory and you get a CD to allow you to do PC mapping (which is a must have feature)

Quest 2 £450. Tomtom ???

Easy argument IMO.

I'm wearing down pondgirls resolve so I can get one asap. :thumb PB

Come on, admit it, you've forgotten how to use the search function :D

Not impressed with the Tomtom Rider then?

The increased memory on the Quest 2 is very tempting, almost as much as Ray's bid for my Quest at last nights East Anglian beer call....£40 ;)
