which maps do i need to download for my zumo 550 , 2011.40 or 2011.20 ?

I am not an expert at these sort of things, but i think the higher the number the newer the map.

Was lookin on gps underground but i have fallen foul of the moderator and he has barred me from the site. (some bollox called gazo who would neither answer my questions about how to burn the downloaded rar files nor allow anyone else to assist me. )

.40 is later than .20 but if you don't have the same maps on the zumo as the PC then 
I wouldn't bother with anywhere other than Garmin, Numaps for life are only about £75 (I think) not worth the hassle faffing about elsewhere..
Seen £46 mentioned somewhere.

Quite true, but that doesn't necessarily means it gets better, had my 550 for four years now, I know it inside out, not felt the need to replace it with the latest whatever...
