Hi,
I have seen several threads all talking about the RAM mount from Migsel for the 1200GS. For my 2007 GS12, there seem to be 2 mounts available: RAM type and a nice looking Articulated Type at double the price (!), and certainly not cheap.
Anyone have experience of the Articulated Type? Vibrations? It looks you can get a better/higher position above the dials than with the RAM version, on the other hand the RAM versions also lets you offset the Zumo to above the Speedo.
Both look good, but is paying double price worth it for the Articulated Type (EUR 181 vs EUR 95 for the RAM type).
I sure Migsel himself will reply, but any thoughts which one to go for from 'independent' users ?
