Bike is in South Africa , this chap I know would like to ride it back to the UK
He needs advice ...or a doctor
I suppose it can be done and would be one hell of adventure , what modifications should be done ? This is rather a hypothetical question, he was only window shopping ....

A chap I know pushbiked from Cairo to Cape Town a few years ago so that should be a doddle!
