Which Nippy Norman Hugger?

{Marks & Spencer ad}These are not just huggers....these are black plastic, honed to perfection......{/Marks & Spencer ad}

.....in fact, they're not huggers at all - they're mudguard extenders.

HTH :)

the first one its got more cover and looks better.
and anyone who has a gs knows style is all important.

ive got one similar to the second one on my 07gs and to be honest, i dont notice it, blends into the mudguard more and looks part of the bike

id get the cheapest, fit it, and then not think about it, and spen the savings on some other bling!

The fluted (first) one looks better! :D

Fitted on mine, don't notice it and never bothered with the screws.

Got the £30.00 Nippy'N extender (ref:WUN-8110101) fitted on my '06 GSA, it worked really well on a 1.000 miles trip accross the Channel with very poor weather.

Have to disagree with Socket, whilst the "first" one (Wunderlich) appears to give more protection, you lose a lot of material off the top when fitted under the original mudguard and the lower part ( despite looking nicer and matching the original guards contours] , is not such a good fit in my opinion,also much narrower, therefore offers less protection). on my 2009 GSA. Got both at the moment and choice for practical reasons, to keep engine / exhaust cross pipe cleaner was the "second" one which I believe is aPyramid Fender Extender product.
Just this evening I offered the Wunderlich one to a friend to see if its of use for one of his KTMs. If it doesnt fit you are welcome to it so long as you dont need it until next week as I wont see him until Sunday. PM me Monday and if its not getting used you can have it. Remember you will look good and muddier and thats sometimes the way to go on a GS!

its good to learn something new every day so thanks for the lesson Kodorpilot.
I have the 2nd one on mine plus a bash plate and it works well.:

The Pyramid one is a piece of tat in lots of tossers' humble opinions; get yourself a BestRest Spraystopper - way better than a hugger!

Went for the slightly more expensive one and it fits a treat. I also went for the rear hugger..........word of advice to those that follow..........you have to remove the brake line cover that runs along the swingarm.........the only way to get one of the bolts out that holds the cover on is to remove the rear wheel and brake caliper........make sure that you have a full set of hex sockets!
