I see that a couple of people at least have fitted Renthal Fatbars, and wanted to know which one you used....

Also, with the Fatbar fitted, do the bars or handguards foul the screen or tank in any way without the bar raisers?.

Many thanks in advance.

IIRC there are only four "bends" available in Fatbars, and each in three colours. The bend is a matter of personal preference, mine is number 971, which is the same as on my enduro bike. I have risers fitted and they don't foul, I had to adjust the screen and handguards without the risers though.
Whereabouts are you?

Doh!
It says London on the screen next to your name. Should have looked. It's a bit far for you to nip up and check out mine from there isn't it.

Yes tis a wee bit far to pop up and check yours, but thanks for the offer.
I will check a few motocross shops to see what they have, and see if I can get one to fit without the risers, as I feel the bars need to be lower as well as the change in the bends.

I've got blue ones (girly answer, damnit!) And they are "proper Fat Bars" (I think..). If someone tells me where to look for part no. or summat, I'll go out and have a look during lunch.

They fit just fine, you have to drill and carefully self-tap the LHS handlebar screws, not a problem. If you want original brush-guards (hand-guards), then you need to chop off your bar end weights too and insert an expanding bolt-thingee.
I've cut down my screen and I'm using Tobinators, and at the moment I have the screen quite far back, and yes, the brush-guards touch the screen. Not by much, but they do. I don't know if I'll ride with the screen furhter up or if I'll grind down the screen a bit more. Without the brush-guards, they didn't touch. :)

Go for it, it's like having a new bike.. :D
