I would appreciate a few opinions on which screens other than standard you all have fitted. I ride a 2002 GS. I ask because as with all bikes I have owned (other than an RT) I have always fitted different screens to try to smooth and reduce the airflow and make the ride quieter. This bike is standard and up to around 60mph I reckon its fine, but after that the buffeting begins. I am so far considering the MRA Vario or the GSA screen with the GSA Tobinators fitted.
I am 6'3"

MRA Vario Screen,

standard screen that was on my 02 1150gs caused my helmet to have the slightest vibration, so small i couldnt notice helmet moving, but over 60mph my vision became blurred,, not cool..

all sorted once i got the MRA, has height adjustment , so should be more than ok for the over 6 footers :thumb

yeah, its a pretty big screen, and theres a high deflection so im well covered.
im not getting blasted, very relaxing compared to my last bike which only had a pug screen..

the best way to describe it is, since i got it i wear a pair of small glasses and leave the helmet visor up, ( the only reason i wear the glasses is just in case some bug wants to commit suiside by flyin into my eyeball)

the screen performs exactly like it should, but someone else here might have a better way of describing it.

not had the bike that long but it came with a wunderlast of however its spelt screen and it was aweful. gave me headaches from the buffeting and anything above 50 was aweful. got a mra vario and after a few positions tried im very pleased. bike is much nicer to ride with no buffeting at all and noise is vastly reduced to a very adequete level.

I've got an aeroflow screen. Great big American thing.

It does alter the look of the bike, but boy does it do a good job. It basically deflects everything over you when sat on the bike. I can keep my visor open on the motorway no probs (untill I remember that this probably isn't a great idea)

Borrowed a mates MRA screen for my 1100gs.
Fantastic bit of kit, and has the added advantage of less flies on the visor:D

Gona get me one of those.

I'm 6'3" and have an MRA screen on my 1100. Works fine - looks ok as well.

If you've got very deep pockets then the TT screen/headlight jobbie is meant to be the business but at that price it should be.

Givi screen for a 150 on A 1100 with Torbinator fittings works very well
