Which warm and dry winter combo - Help needed

I do really like it too but pity its so expensive, its £950......thats 1050 yo yos to me

and I think there's only a 2 year warranty on the suit with HG, I know there's 5 on the goretex but 2 on the suit i think.

1050 is not in the coffers pot at the moment unfortunately..........wish it were.

It looks like a really comfy suit I love the ones that arent bulky.....

I wonder do HG do sales in January - if so I wonder is there much off the stuff?

I bought the Master V this time last year.

It's a very good suit apart from the trousers only having one pocket.

At that time HG were doing interest free credit over twelve months which makes the suit much more affordable, in fact it was that the credit option that made me pick the Master V over Rukka.

HG are offering free Keis heated vests with all Goretex suits at the moment, but it may be that it's an either/or offer and the interest free credit would not be available.

Interest free credit would be interesting.......

The offer with the heated vest is good but it doesn't come with the controller or the cable plug for the GS, both of these will set you back another £40.

So if I do buy a HG suit with that offer I will also have to shell out another £40 for those two bits - that would piss me off a little........I see it as half an offer.....

I got a Keis from HG in Newcastle a fortnight ago. They were doing an offer throwing in the controller. Had they not mentioned the offer I was going to try the vest for size and then order it from Motorhaus. I think they said it was a time limited offer.

I also bought the accessory socket plug but later decided to wire straight from the battery using the lead supplied with the vest. I routed it alongside my Autocom lead exiting between the seat and tank meaning that I plug/unplug both when getting on and off the bike.

On the first ride I felt the lead tugging when I moved around on the bike so went and got the 600mm extension. That now gives me sufficient room to move around unrestricted.

I think the combination of Master V and Keis will do the job perfectly. I've never used the thermal layer in the Master V because of the Michelin Man feel. Even on the coldest days last year I was OK in a thin fleece and long sleeve T-shirt. The addition of the Keis this year should ensure I'm toasty warm.
