Thanks, Avon I wouldn't have looked twice at, tyre shop quoting on Dunlops & metzler, I have a Metzler & very slippery when wet..
I've asked for an Avon quote..

The '48 is probably the best looking bike in the HD range, and Avon Cobras are cracking tyres. I have to congratulate you in providing the exception that proves the rule twice in one bike
