The GSA is not my cup of tea prefer the smaller bike , but we all have different tastes , go for everything lol .Aha ok. My plan is to do much the same on the GSA when it comes out - the one I’ve got at the moment was whatever they had.
I don’t think there will be much change out of 30 big ones…….

Think mine is around the 25 mark with all the bits , bet you cant wait . I rode the basic trophy and found it not comparable to the TE as the test bike was the green one fully loaded , spoilt me really just hated the paint job . I have gone for the boring TBWill be ordering the hard luggage as well and the standard so add another couple there
I know what you mean , bought a new ultimate end of June , offered me 18 back over 1k a month loss , oh well I will enjoy the change .Interesting. Well, yes, I’m looking forward to it (the GSA as I want it) however the dealer isn’t getting the Trophy back because the buy back value after an estimated three months was nothing short of insulting so I’ll keep it until the GSA I guess?

I saw one in Kielder back in June. Three of us had come across the forest drive and stopped for coffee at Kielder. Bloke and his missus turned up on one. I reckon it was a daily rental from a place in Hexham that appears to be one of two connected outlets in the UK, who are the UK dealers. With the price tag they have got on them, I don't suppose they will be selling [m]any. Bonkers price.... £33,750I’d pay for someone to have one

Hope you like your new 1300. Mark.Well I purchased one, arrived last week, but I guess I’m not your ‘average’ buyer as it was purchased as a business ‘mule’ to design parts for - a bit expensive compared to most who design parts for bikes they’ve only ever seen or just had a brief time with.
My philosophy is to ‘own’ the bike to get the very best product made that my rotting alcohol fuelled carcass can come up with (and I’m a nutcase biker who loves riding the Damn things).
Soooo, I got one of the first last week - wasn’t really ‘that’ bothered about spec etc as I normally would be and although I haven’t even rode the chuffin thing yet I must admit I do like it.
I run several bikes (see above) and my go too has always been my beloved 2014 GSA however the idea of a lighter bike with soft luggage does have its appeal at my age. I may just miss the big screen protection……![]()

Is it feasible to make a rear rack for the 1300 to accept the top box of the current 1250Gs ?
Most likely as I made an interface plate for the 1250 so it would accept a 1200 vario top box.
I’d need the rack tho as I’ve not got the TE version

there are 3 types of carrier
I’ve ordered the one with a top box support, even though I’m not getting the vario top box,
I’m presuming Givi will make a plate and I’m hedging my bets that it will be for that model![]()
I don’t think I’ll be the only one who wants to use a different top box
I reckon a simple adapter plate to allow fitting Givi and Shad plates would be popular

If I had a pound……..

You can get all the Givi/Kappa mount bits. I made my own plate for my 1200R.there are 3 types of carrier
