What kind of reflection on our Civil Service ?.

There are three sides to the story. Cosgraves side, the Taoiseachs side and the truth.

As to who I would believe?

One of them has invested his own money in the city and is a very successful entrepreneur. The other is the longest serving TD in Ireland and has made a career out of lying.
