Sounds like a decent deal, it's got all the bodywork which is the biggest faff to source. Looks like it's a non original back wheel and those handlebars look nice and new. I think the rear light unit is non-standard too but it's difficult to tell - mine mounts to the rear fender, not the rack but then mine is the 55W. Looks very clean!
