not required in UK for motorcycles. there is not emission testing currently for motorcycles (unless im mistaken and someone will correct me promptly).

Pretty sure Germany does as part of their TUV testing.

Sorry, I didn't phrase the question correctly. I should have asked if BMW motorcycles come standard with catalytic converters in England, France and Germany.

UK is a yes and I'm 99.99% sure that's the same for France and Germany...


As aside I seem to recall a fact that in Germany if you remove the CAT you could be in trouble.... Like they'd could refuse entry!
