Who to get to Chrome a rim

Colleague of mine has an ex military Guzzi from 40's. Needs to chrome a rim and I guess the wheel will need rebuilding as I guess it s not possible to chrome a rim in isolation while still attached to rest of wheel. Does anyone know of someone local or further afield who can carry out such work?
