Plugs in ,crank crank crank, damned sensor.
At this point I started to take the tank off then got way-layed by a phone call.
Came back and Checked stuff (again) and cranked - but no.
Started to take tank of - behold a qr injector connection was nearly out.
Realised that that was me pre-phone call.
Light bulb! there surely should have been fuel squirting - all was dry so separated the connection and cranked over - nothing!
Fuel filter choked - was it changed before I got it???
Tank off pump out - wait a minute that stub end should have a pipe on it - aha - the short loop pipe from the pump to the filter (all of 2 inches ) had come off the filter stub end.### #.
