Why cant I see all the photos in a long thread?

As I said in the title.
When a long thread is posted with many photos, I cant see them all and I wondered if anyone can tell my why.
I can see the first few but then after a few, I just get a red cross.
I'm sure it's something simple but so am I.

Also, can anyone tell me why when I press view new posts, I sometimes see something that is not new and has not been added to for days?

The first bit is probably down to the number of pics......it can take some time to d/l all of them and if you've been on that thread before, the chances are the ones you've already seen will be cached and so show up straight away whereas you might have to wait a while for the rest.

Try hitting f5 or the refresh button on your browser.


As for the view posts thing, you may find it's a poll thread and someone has voted on it, but no new posts have been added????
