Or down!

Have just solved the problem of pairing things to the right things so now, im able to make and recieve calls fine etc but the next problem was that i cant hear ANY direction from Zumo.

So........did a search and came up with how to adjust the master volume. So i sat on the bike, bike running, power to the zumo, got it onto the normal 'map' screen and then pressed the bottom left button to get the yellow bars up on the screen for the volume.

But........

Everytime i go to touch the + symbol (or the bars themself or the - symbol for that matter) the bars dissapear. This happens everytime without fail.

Its starting to annoy me now.:augie:blast

And why cant i hear ANY instructions even though the volume is only 3 bars from the top?

Can anyone lend a hand please?

Thanks, Dave :)

I have zero patience and this is really starting to get on me boobs.

So.........i now know that there are 3 volume levels.

Master is now set at full - i.e. all yellow bars

Navigation is set at 100%
MP3 is set at 80%

Not a thing.

I also now know that to adjust the master you have to disconnect bluetooth to do it.

Why o why wont this work for me?!:(:(

Everything else works just fine, the phone both outward and incomming, volume good with that, volume ok ish on the iPod, zumo working fine as far as the unit itself is concerned etc etc.

But i need directions through the helmet speakers otherwise the system is almost uselss to me.

Can anyone please help further?

Thanks, Dave:)

Bluetooth is enabled I'll guess so from Spanner - bluetooth - audio. What do you have? "Phone only" or "Navigation, MP3 phone"

And for on the bike, to boost the volume from 75 to 99% this is usefull: http://turboccc.wikispaces.com/TTS_Speech_Doctor

John! You're a star! Switched it from phone to nav, phone and mp3 and now its all singing and dancing! And its a good volume at the legal limit.......................for the isle of man! :augie:augie:D

Thanks a million!

Glad to be of help. With the TTS Speech editor you can also tweak how it says things as well. If you co to the south of Spain near Malaga and the local road number is MA 123 it'll say "stay on Massachusettes 123" :blast
