There's a reason for it - we didn't actually know the specification of and/or number of 'launch models' we would get until just before the launch - now we've got them (and have fulfilled existing customer orders where possible), we can let you know!

No discounts or free panniers but we do need good quality used stock so maybe a favourable part exchange price?
