Myself & Marcus are goin' for a spin around Wicklow this evening :D

Meeting at the petrol station in Hollywood at 19.30, if anyone is interested in joining us :bounce1 :bounce1

All welcome :D

was great fun last night....

Certainly was :D

A bit short notice for others but we ended up with 4 bikes all the same  - Marcus & myself, DaveR on my old bike (now red  - how'd he do that then  ;) ) & turnipbmw who has been touring Ireland for the last week and was on his way to a B&B in Dunlavin when he saw my bike & stopped for a chat. He decided it was too early to stop ridin' & joined us :thumb

From Hollywood it was over the Wicklow Gap for the regulation cuppa in Wicklow Heather & then over the 'military road' to Glenmalure where we rode the gravel track up the hill & back down again. It was only a couple of miles all in but it was the first bit of 'dirt' I've had Bertha on  :D

From there we headed to Baltinglass. Shortly after Marcus & DaveR headed down the N81 for home while I went to Dunlavin with turnipbmw & then home just after 23.00.

Much of the evening was overcast but warm (especially after the gravel section ;) ) & there were fcuk all cars about :bounce1 From Laragh to Baltinglass we only met about a dozen cars - and most of those were within a couple of miles of Baltinglass :)

I reckon the evening of the W.C. Final would be a good time for a blast :thumb
