Morning all.

I put custom made Wilbur's onto my 06 GSA 2 years ago and it truly transformed the handling of the bike.

I have just also bought a 2010 (Twin Cam) GSA and I was wondering if the suspension can be taken off the 06 bike and put straight onto the 2010 bike?

The 2010 bike has the ESA suspension and my old 06 didn't have that but I am not too concerned as I beleave the Wilbur's to still be a better set up.

Can it be done? Is it a better set up?

Any pointers / opinions / thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Colin.

A quick call to Revs will answer your question.

+1 Ask Revs.
I'm pretty sure they are straight swap. However older ESA (Showa) is not compatible with the later WP type.
Don't forget to get them serviced if they have >15K usage.

ESA1 on the older bike with ESA2 on the Twin Cam. I would be surprised if they are the same. Have a look on RealOEM to see if the part numbers are the same.
