Wilbers Shock

Weyhey!! Just collected my nice new shiny Wilbers shock for HP2......now all i have to do is fit it!!

I will admit to being dog lazy and not had a search through the site, but does anyone have any tips/pics or general advice before i start butchering my bike

I will endevour to do a pictorial thread of its fitting as well.

advice -

clockwise tightens threads -usually

Cookie's done an excellent guide in the 1200 section - yes I know they are not the same bike but it'll give you a flavour of what's involved and they can't be that different (can they?).

Any way, it's two bolts, undo, take out old shock, put in new one, do up again - that about covers it

Enjoy the new shock - they are very good
