Hi all, just bought myself some new wilbers suspension for my 07 GS, the ones which allow you to lower the ride height by up to 50mm. Opening the box they sure look gorgeous. My only gripe is the instructions are all in German. Before you say it, I know there is only a nut and bolt holding them in at each end so how hard can it be. The thing is it can't get much easier but there are a few bits in the box which I haven't got a clue where they fit. In the box for the rear shock there is a strange shape black metal bracket and I haven't got a clue where it might go (if indeed I need to use it at all). Last night I fitted the rear shock and remote adjuster with no problem or effort at all. But I don't feel comfortable having this bracket thing left over.
Then of course there are the settings. I've been searching the Wilbers site and I found instructions on stripping forks etc but can't find anything on fitting my shiny new shocks etc.
I'm going to try to contact them later today, it's 04.45 right now so I doubt there will be anyone there to answer the phone
Just thought someone on here might be able to point me in the right direction (I hope).
Cheers,
Chris.
