wilbers suspension

has anyone fitted it. does it upset/ affect the set up in anyway.
i used to have a 1200 gs now.after 25,000 miles traded in for a RT.Just been to test ride the 1200 GSA. I want one.
my problem is that im 5.7 with 29ins leg. i rode the bike with the low seat from the gs. just need a little extra.
im told wilbers can reduce the ride hieght a further 30mm.
any advice please.

Have a look at the top of the 1200 section Cookies Wilber fitting guide

I had 1200gs shocks on my Adv no issues though any lower and you'll need
an extra umph for the center stand and a flat surface for the side stand...

thanks for that. i did ask the dealer if i could put them on from the Gs. told may upset things!!! hense wilbers. did yours lower to the same ride hieght as standard gs

Yep
Same height as a standard GS and the Adv was very happy

My 1200 shocks came from ebay.
Ohlins were cheaper than new ones !
