Hi
I am in the process of fitting Wilbers shocks, front and rear, to my R1200GS Triple black 2012 (factory lowered).
Due to a complete cock up up with the shipping company in Birmingham another set of shocks had to be ordered and they were delivered to me in Portugal direct from the factory by DHL express.
The original pair are now sitting on the shelf at Revs Suspension, the spec of them is below:
1x 2012 BMW R11200/GS
1x 630 type front Wilbers Blackline
1x 640 type = =
1x hydraulic preload adjuster
Rider 68klo + 25Klo (25%)
I thought I would post this info on this forum just in case it might be of interest to anybody considering this type of work.
The contact at Revs is John Gaskell who has been extremely helpful in sorting this problem out for me.
I have no connection with Revs apart from being a customer and have spent quite a lot of time in contact with them by phone/email.
