Well.... it started a bit damp

but the forecast was good, and by the time we got to the M6 it was dry. A great turn out - over 30 GS's (someone give us the correct number!) gathered for another ride led by Paul Clark - Big Trailee (in all senses of the word :bow ).

PW ponders!

Reggie the cameraman was down to his usual standard - leaping out from behind hedgerows, hanging from bridges, popping out of yer tank bag (eh?) - hope to see some of his magical images later...

Even Stig took time out to join the GSers in the Lakes.

Hi Whatton,

thanks matey, the shots are mine! Spout's a star, I said pull a wheelie as you come past and he did it perfectly on que.

Every shot of him during the day he was stood on the pegs and grinning, apart from on the M602 when we were all soaked!

Regards

Reggie
AKA The Cameraman

Apologies Reggie, it’s a great shot have you any more?

Spout you’re a star, stick the pic on Advrider and show the Yanks how to ride a bike. If you don’t I will.
:D

Go on, Reggie. Show everyone that pic with a whole TWENTY THREE (was it?) GS's winding along the twisty bits (mail me, I'll post it!) - cracking shot - should be turned into a badge and worn with pride.

As for Spout's antics, wasn't he moaning on earlier in the day about his clutch being sticky!:P

Spout,
Nowing your F650 background how the feck can you ride that behemoth the way you do amazes me. The off road at the w/e at HU just made me realise those monsters really can be ridden well. nice one ;)
We can't post video clips here (I guess) otherwise I could put the one of the river crossing by XR at Nr Bakewell (??) that Bev took. Very Cool ! ;) See you for t' Moors
