I stopped at pidcocks on my way home from work, & as I'm thinking of swaping my R1100S for a GS, I asked for a test ride on a 1150. I had a hour of driving on different types of roads & was very impresed, I did find it hard work turning it round on my drive (it's a big bike!) but my overall impresion was good 
The only problem was wind noise at 75+ it sounded like being in a car with a rear window open, do they all do this or does the screen need adjustment? it looked a little low.
My R1100S felt like a 250 after the test ride
, I think I'll ask for a run on the 1200 next time.
