I understand when BMW were in development of the 1100GS no ferwer than several million marks was spent on the use of wind tunnel expertise resulting in the standard adjustable screen fitted, if this was also the case with the 1150 why are lots of gsers buying /fitting those extra tall pig ugly poor exuses, When there must be a setting on the standard screen to fit Tall, tiny , fat or fin F*ckers ,,beats me, ------Dog

The standard screen works well for me - I'm 1.83 m tall...
But bear in mind: an inch more in its length means a lot in terms of production costs in the large-scale production.
The standard one is a compromise, I guess.

Now you being silly ,If they turned the fan on and it didn`t work they would of gone to the shops and bought a new fan (even one is not that silly ) ------------------dog
