I have lots of old computers running versions of Windows that Microsoft no longer support. Rather than spend silly money on replacing them, does anyone know where I can get copies of Windows 7 from? Serial number only is fine as it's easy enough to download valid copies from Microsoft's website. There's no way my old hardware is worth the cost of Windows 10 even if I wanted it.

I ordered windows 10 proffesional from software geeks and paid £17 for it using a 30% discount code they emailed me BLACK30.

It was a download but easy to do, software key supplied and all registered ok with MS.

They also do Windows 7 Pro for similar prices.

Thanks for the advice. The link to the Windows 10 upgrade is worth having but the upgrade itself is only possible if the copy of Windows 7 is registered. I found this out by trying it with an unregistered copy which will die in a few days. The link to coastal software doesn't work but Google finds it as well as software geeks. At £14.99 for a legitimate copy (assuming they're genuine) it's worth the money.
