Windows XP System Information Help needed.

[(RIP) Geriatric Germ]

OK, so I didn't know what to do with it when I had it, but now I just can't get it, what I can get is a load of Errors Get System Info. window up, says

"Can't Collect Information"

'Cannot access the Windows Management Instrumentation software. Windows Management files may be moved or missing'

I think it's summat to with System 32 whatever that is

Any help would be appreciated, but no use unless it is Idiot terms (cos me is nignog at this techie stuff)

1. make sure the service is running.
2. recompile the mof file
3. bin the ed up repository and make a new one.
