Does anyone have a picture of a 1150 GS with winglets fitted?

I am thinking of buying some but it would be nice first of all to see how big they are, etc.

Pic's

Here you go
Front to back approx 6"
Just over 3" wide

Cracking job mate. Now I can see how they look. I shall be ordering a set from Rugged Roads.

If you do a search in the 850/1100/1150 section there's a thread by Chad of the development on the winglets.
One pic shows how all the muck and road grime was deflected down and outwards, basicaly away from you the rider.
Personally I think they do a great job

Let me know how much additional protection they provide.. and whether I could afford them / and if it might be possible to fit them without the wife noticing. LoL.

A sheet of X Ray film will probably do the same for you mate.

Winglets

Fitted them to my 1150GS, needed the help of a heat gun to get them to fit nicely. It weren't nirvana or nuffink but a definite improvement. For me it took some of the wind blast away from my head and shoulders and directed it more on my forearms.

Cheers.. I'll remember the sarcastic comments when you drop the bike one day and come in to visit me for a few pic's!
Surprised that you aren't out there polishing it.. or rebuilding it!

put them on my 1150gsa , cant say there was a lot of difference with airflow etc .., but they collected a hell of a lot of flies / shite.. so i think they do a good job look ok too IMHO .
