Wiring in a Sat Nav 1190 Adv R: part 2

Gents a little more help need please, which of theses wire are the power and when they plug into the bikes sockets which goes where?

You can either buy the end plug from BMW or just cut off the plug that the cradle comes with and wire in 2 spade connectors.

For anyone looking to do this in the future, in the picture above the connector with the 3 wires running into it is the one you need (the other is useless on anything but a BMW).
Red +
Black Ground
Blue not required.
