Wiring up accessory socket

I've bought one of the Farnell accessory sockets to mount onto my R12GS: http://uk.farnell.com/jsp/endecaSearch/partDetail.jsp?SKU=658431&N=401

At the back there's two spade connectors, one with a brass colour, the other is copper.

Which is which? Farnell tech support didn't know.

The centre electrode should be positive, the side one earth.

They're labelled, on the bottom of the socket!

(mine are at least! Mike's right though, centre is positive)

If you're still unsure, wobble the two connectors at the bottom while looking down the hole you will see the centre connector move when you're wobbling the pin thats connected to it.. there's normaly a + by the side of it also.

Yes, Mouse and Paul, you are right, the terminals are labelled at the bottom. Obviously I need new glasses!
