The live feed to the coil is on a single green wire ! I can not remember for the life of me which side it should go back on...(numpty lost his notes)
Could someone let me know if it is left or right ?

I intend to put a switched set of auxiliary lights, can i use the live feed from the coil with a piggy back connector ?
.

It helps to know which bike you are talking about. From memory, the Paralever models have a green to the coil. Others are green/yellow. My one has live on left, black on right (but I don’t think it matters).

As far as spotlights go, would you risk taking spotlight power from your ignition circuit? Perhaps use the green wire to run a switch and relay (take power from fused line from battery to the relay which then powers the spot lamps) but don’t compromise your ignition circuit.
