Wobbly rear wheel?

Got it back from the dealer but it seems wobbly? Don't know what this could possibly be

Could be the wheel bearings, but simply seeing it from the rear I am wondering if it’s the tyre not running true rather than the wheel. Might be worth getting an independent tyre shop to reset the tyre and see if it makes a difference.

I might try to get it seated again but it looks to be all correct in the rim

BMW dealerships is saying that they didn't do it, and expecting that I have ridden over a pothole..

Ever since it came back from the dealership I've felt it being a bit more vibe-y after 3k RPM and I think this is part of it.

I don't really want any wobble in my rear wheel tbh...
