id like to get some wolfman summit saddle bags for my '07 650 dakar with standard exhausts. do they fit without extra racks? any other issues to report?

they dont seem to be watertight but wolfman does sell rain covers, are those any good and worth getting (as opposed to just packing stuff inside in a watertight bag)? no complaints about quality i presume?

wolfman seems to be a reputable company but if anyone can recommend a better soft luggage alternative in the same price range id love to hear it

thanks

Wolfman makes "great" products

Wolfman, located in Longmont, Colorado, is a little "one-man-stand" that makes EXCELLENT quality products. A lot of my friends have the tankbags, etc., and they are very will made. When it is your living you cannot make a bad product because you would get "trashed" on every biker website and then you would be...out of business!
The man virtually makes everything, from what my friends tell me, in his house. He uses the best grade materials.
The best thing to do is to look at the site and then e-mail him.
I will buy some bags from him this summer when I go out to Colorado, from New York, to pickup my KLR that I left there after coming back from Baja,Mexico, with two broken ribs.
I would also recommend a good chest/back/elbow/wrist protecion system.
I do not have anything to do with this company...just know it from many people who deal with him.
Hope that might have helped you a bit.

Giant loop Moto bags

Check these out. This is also a good company. They have a new bag out that will be very good.

alright, im sold!

im guessing i need a "nice rack" to attach them to the bike and protect them from the exhausts. can anyone recommend one, pref from an online shop in the UK?

ive been scouring the net for about an hour but cant seem to find any decent info

thanks guys
