Wonderwheel failure

Hi Guys/Gals/Others, my wonderwheel stopped working t`other day. No warning - just lost all scroll fucntions. Banged the bike (2014 GSA) on my 911 Pro but no faults.

Have cleaned, with proper contact cleaning fluid, the contacts on the satnav and rebooted a few times. Have considered flushing out the wonderwheel mechanism with WD but don`t know if that would achieve anything.......

Anbody had a similar fault?

You have held the menu button up to select nav haven't you?

I had one fail on 2022 trophy- less than 5K on the clock !! the one on my 16 plate was still working at 40K

I’m guessing the plug / play connections for the nav cradle and wonder wheel are separate so I suggest the plug might have come lose. I’m sure someone must know where it is located. The two are probably found close together.
Difficult to see but the nav loom seems to have 2 on here. Check the connection

Been down this route on a '15 GSA trying the same things you have and TBH I'd just replace the Wonderwheel. It's not horrendously expensive and it's pretty easy to do.
