wont 2 buy ankees in berks any ideas?

got a nail through back tyre. sidways across tread . how the ...... does that happen. anyway need new ankee. remember pat creagh recommend ing someone in hayes area but cant find refrence to it on site any help gratfully received. tel two local dealers but none have called me back. i am in old windsor.
another question. does the oil cap just push in or does it twist to lock. 1150 adv. is it worth getting locking one? fitted sebel 80 magnam horn yesterday . brilliant f..in loud. £12 from motorcade inc p&p tel 01260271741. next day delivery. murray

Rear tyre ankee £132 fitted good or bad?

Phoned protyre and national tyres both promised to ring back but dident even after i rang again. contacted Guildford Tyre co CHILWORTH. GU4 8LP 01483 531831.they said come on over now and they would sort it. GOOD SERVICE and advise thy have hundreds in stock.. They only do bikes. Also nice roads to get there ,unfortunatly had to take it easy on the way bacK. Only another 50 miles and it should be scrubbed in. Wot do you think how many miles to scrub in a new tyre? maybe a bit expensive but i am back on theb road and happy. murray
