History. I left my beloved 1150GSA alone for a long weekend. Very very low on fuel.
Tried to start her, but battery flat. Put the optimate on and then thought, I can't wait, so go the jump leads out and started her.

Oh dear me. Running very lumpy, sounded like one cylinder working and would not idle, however when the throttle was opened all seemed to fire up ok.

Tried a little run, but needed the choke out the whole time to prevent stalling and almost un rideable. Left cylinder up to temp', right one not as hot but warming up.

There have been one or two little coughs from the fuelling recently but nothing this serious and she is overdue a service. (Shame on me):(

Any ideas?

Ok, three minutes is enough....usually someone's quicker :D

Tim, have a close look and you'll find you've done this to your throttle cable ends.......

Yep, the right hand throttle cable looks just like that.

First time I've come across this in 90 thousand miles.

Will put it in it's proper place and fire her up when I've wrqpped my pressies.

Cheers all
