Words / works missing!

We just had our desktop "wiped" clean and windows vista re-loaded by a puter shop and windows words / works has vanished! Any ideas?

They must have given it a full clean down and re-formatted the hard drive if you can't find the program folders.

Re-install is your only answer. Got the original discs?

Yeah or you could install Open Office and be done with the the M$ Office....

just another option instead of reinstalling the whole OS which won't give the a works / office suite.
