Ducati has just announced the next WDW.

Anyone fancy going?

Could ride down OR as I did last time .. get the bike shipped there on a lorry with your riding kit. Get on a cheap flight and enjoy the riding without the silly motorway miles.

Sounds good to me, fly and hire a couple of dukes sounds good to me.
ridedown is good if I can get the leave,

It seems the dates are now planned for June 10 - 13th

I went in 2007 and really enjoyed the event.

So anyone interested in going?

OPTION 1 - FLY RIDE!
Get the bike shipped to Italy
Fly budget airline to somewhere near Rimini
Pick up bike and ride for a couple of days but based near the event for the whole trip
Ship bike back and fly home

Pro - Fast and can ride a bike with no luggage around the mountain roads
Con - narrow minded people on here taking the mick and says its :ymca

OPTION 2 - Ride there and back
Go there on the bike and come back on the bike.
Means planning a nice route there and nice route back
Less days at the event

Any interest?

I'll keep an eye on this to see what develops. I would prefer to ride there etc but to make a trip out of it rather than a dash there and back on the motorways. So like I say I will just sit and see how this develops.
Chris.

Seems to be about motorbikes and Italian totty..... rather than bucket flights and trucked steeds.

:P

Although I have a 1098 unfortunetly I do not have a 1098 arse. So it would certainly be something more comfortable thank you very much. :nenau*

You could always put it onto a wagon like those in the photos above :thumb2
Around £350 round trip with space for your leathers/boots/crash helmet. So no need to take those on the plane
