Great ride report Neil, I know there a lot of hard work. Just a couple more pictures to remind us what a great trip.

Finally got around to it

I did a slide show on DVD for the guys on the trip before Christmas and finally got around to converting it for you tube. Unfortunately for me it takes a long time to upload so I only have the first of five segments uploaded so far.

This one covers the trip down through Spain and is about 8 minutes long (alright 7.38). Will upload the rest soon

Hallo TP,

I have yet to travel on my bike to Morrocco! That will change I hope now that I have my GSA. All my earlier motorcycle holidays have been with sports bikes and north Africa did not attract me much then. It now does so!

I have been many trips to France, Italy, Austria, Germany and look to do so again, now with my 1200GSA :D

Do you have any details of the auberge you stayed at near Merzouga? The wife and I are off round Morocco soon and fancy staying in that area for a day or two, and the auberge looks ideal.

Go to www.xaluca.com for details of the Hotel. There's one at Erfoud (Arfoud), Merzouga and Dades.

Hi Guys,
I was with the group,you met in Marrakech and at the petrol station the day after on the way to Cascades D´Ouzoud.
What a brilliant trip report and some stunning pics too, specialy the night ones from Erg Chebi.
We do more posh tours with less action apart of some occations

For anyone who gets Motorcycle News and has the Wed 8th April 09 paper. There is a picture of Mark taken in Southern Spain on the photos page - I think it was P36.
 
Yeh,there is a little difference between seeing Morocco from the thermac only, and what you´ve done.Great stuff.

Just got back from a great off road trip to Morocco with Wildcat and looks like we had similar experiences.
