Still available?
Is this still active? R1200GS panniers still available? I am researching various panniers at the moment and have some basic requirements:
- width of mounted panniers <= 88cm at widest point
- the system shouldn't be too heavy
- powder coated or anodized
- as "boxy" as possible for easy packing or liner use
- needs to fit R1200GS (exhaust flap?)
- affordable (potentially with shipping to the US)
Volume doesn't really matter, most boxes can pack more than the Varios and if those had the volume actually usable, they would be big enough for me.
Also, are there any more photos of R1200GS mounted Worldbeaters available somewhere? And also of the mounting system on it's own? If I mount panniers that are wider than 85cm I want to be able to take them off for my commute.
