It looks like early R1. The brakes are certainly early (late 90's / early 2K's) Yamaha blue spot, 4 pot as fitted to R1, Thunderace and Thundercat, so they're ok but not as good as a set of Brembo Goldlines, for example.

You can use spacers to take up some of the Off set , but the only feasible way of getting the bike in line is to Offset the rear wheel.
I really wanted to do this , and spent quite a bit in the process ,, in the end i seen it as a "Aesthetic" at best , cant say i dont like it tho.
Personally , it aint the holy grail it used to be.

Sorry but that vast gap between the top of the rear tyre and the bottom of the seat looks ridiculous. Each year customisers make this gap larger and larger for no apparent reason, after all it's not as though the rear suspension travel requires this. Form over function springs to mind.
