Worth swapping??

Ok,
I've had an 1150GS, an 1150GSA (written off) and now have an 800GS.
For some reason though I cant make that "connection" with the 800 and I'm now thinking of going back to an older 1150GS again.....

Am I a nutcase or have others done this??
