I should imagine that Crazyivan has looked at this.....
The adventurebikewarehouse guys have an Ohlins insert, but that does not address the bushing and slider coating problem.
A different pair of legs must be the only way to go......
I'm still on OEM forks - but the internals were set up by Dr Shox so that both legs have the compression and rebound cartridges. The legs finally went 19k miles later - had the internals serviced and the legs recoated for 400GBP and they've been great.
That being said, I did manage to grab a second hand set of WP48mm forks with clamps - they will need reworking along with new feet to fit the wheels and brake disc. I've been so pleased with the OEM forks I've not bothered to get these sorted...
i got a pair of " scar" trees pressed the old stem into the trees then got a complete front end and. adapted the lot 50mm showas awsome wheel and calipers mm

i havnt a clue with photos bam bam posted some from terranig !!!!! if you get any forks as long as you know what they are off and the right length you could get a talon wheel to suit disc ,the front end i used was showa off 450 kawasaki with 48mm larger dia legs and up rated the springs from wibers via revs 0121. 501 .3321 i changed the caliper and disc to a braking supa moto set up to give it the brakes i needed !!!!!! all in all its well worth it mm

So what tripple clamps have you used?
I can only think you have used a full front end from a bike?
I have a set of 48mm WPs here but to use a KTM yoke set up will reduce the lock to lock steering angle drastically. Have you found that your lock to lock angle has been affected?

i used SCAR clamps ,lock is reduced a little but i dont mind, with that sort of power you can steer it off the throttle never found it an issue to be honest and its so much better now mm
