Look at what I found http://www.mv-motorrad.de/lshop,sho...99926498,10170,,Tshowrub--001.1099926498,.htm

this a propeller to install on the top of the windscreen; as far as I understood (the website is all in german) this "fantastic" piece of art reduces wind pressure and above all killls flies and wasps...

The GS will look like a World War 2 Messerschmitt...

I believe that you should also go faster with that thing but do not put your fingers in it at high speed...

Crazy Germans !

Fly & Wasp Killer

I think I would put that in the basket of the accessory to buy for those that have nearly everything.

Though you could attach a wire, run it down under the tank and give the appearance of it being an environmentally friendly auxiliary power supply when riding and when parked in a breeze a battery charger.

The Fliegeneliminator, a good friend. Now it becomes cleanly and calmly! There the effective protection against flies and wasps is, by which one has besides also still 50% less pressure on the helmet. The wind protection effect of the propeller is due to the pressure loss (not by a detour), which this produces. For the enlargement of the protective effect one could increase the variable resistor. For quantification the variable resistor (= energy dissipation) of the propeller would have to be intended. The insect protective effect is due to surface cover of the propeller blades. In the stop this is given by the relationship from wing area to circular area. Per time unit the more surface taken off the faster the propeller turns, the smaller thus the variable resistor is. The two protection goals are affected thus moving in opposite directions by the number of revolutions! The propeller becomes invisible starting from speed 30 kmh. With speed 100 km/h it makes 3500 U/min and with speed 200 km/h 7000 U/min. And a further effect: the Auffaelligkeitsquote rises to 98%! Fits on nearly all high steol rising wind-describe! Without TUEV. And now good travel! Right you find a pdf file with a report of the magazine MOTORCYCLE NEWS.
