Wunderlich sat nav sun visor

Bought a sun visor from nippys made by wunderlich
Am I fitting it wrong but it fits nav 5 but then want fit into holder on 1200 lc te with it on sat nav can't close lock button at back
Do I have to modify sun visor or what

I have one, though with this wonderful summer we're having I have only needed it on a couple of times, on mine it has made the closing action on the catch of the TE mount rather stiff but it does close and lock. However now that you have reminded me it does worry me that with continued use something may give, probably in the mount itself, not what you would expect from a 'premium' brand item. Due to it's lack of use I have not taken the time to investigate further, but I suspect that some level of modding may be required, but as there is so little holding it in place it may prove difficult to do without causing other problems
