I'm getting a lot of buffeting, I have tried various adjustments to the standard screen on my 1150GS to no avail. Thinking of getting a Wunderlich Ero-Screen (slightly wider touring version).

I recently tried a 1200RT and found the pocket of air brilliant behind the electronically adjusted screen. However it was not so much fun for my pillion wife and, I prefer the GS apart from the screen.

By way of additional information having read through a number of forums. I'm 5-10 my wife rides pillion and sits comfortably on the GS but found she was receiving the blast on the RT, dispite a number of adjustments albeit over a 2 hour test ride, she is 5-4.

I have the seat on the GS on Low and the pillion at standard. I am a little concerned that the Wunderlich might solve my problem but cause my wife's ride to be uncomfortable.

Has anyone a Wunderlich Ero Screenas it's a lot of £ and I would welcome some advice / feedback before I commit. Cheers.

I have the Wunderlich touring screen with a set of tobinators- I am also approx 5'10" and carry a passsenger. I find with this combination that I dont get much buffetting at all- their is still wind noise, but this is more to do with my helmet than anything else. I can ride for hours no problem.

Did have just the screen, but there is a noticeable improvement with the tobinators. With the screen being larger and having more adjustment you have to be careful that the handguards dont catch the screen on full lock though.

I'd second that - just fitted a Wunderlich ergo screen to my 1200 - almost no buffetting, far quieter (I can even get away without earplugs for short journeys) and you get a set of front adjusters with it to help with positioning (the are like cheap tobinators). It looks much less 'aftermarket' than the secdem or givi screens and is obviously a nod to the adventure screen with its 'wings'

The only downside is that round bends you end up peering through it rather than over it which can be a problem when it gets covered in cack. A bit of fiddling should help with this however.
Oh and I'm 6'2"
